Fish Head Curry

Fish Head Curry recipe delicious, red fish can also be replace with sea bass, the tomato tamarind serve together. Delicious menu for lunch.

Bahan-bahan:

  • for punch:
  • 3 shallots *

  • 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise
  • A bit of curry leaves
  • for others:
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 packet of fish curry spice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tomato cut in 4
  • 5 stalks of okra
  • salt and sugar to taste

Cara Penyediaan:

  1. Rough Pounding materials marked *
  2. Mixing curry powder and chilli powder into a thick paste
  3. Heat oil in a pot, coarse mash ingredients together mixture of star anise, cinnamon, curry leaves and fenugreek plus until fragrant.
  4. Enter curry and chilli powder paste and fry until oil breaks, then add fish, cover for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  5. Put 2 cups of coconut milk, let it boil, then add one cup of coconut milk, salt and sugar to taste.
  6. Finally add the tomatoes and okra for 2-3 minutes or until slightly wilted.
  7. Ready and served.
