- 3 shallots *
- 3 slices of white Bawan *
- 1 inch ginger. *
- 1/4 large onion *
- for the stir-fry:
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tsp fenugreek plus
- 1 small cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise
- A bit of curry leaves
- for others:
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 packet of fish curry spice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tomato cut in 4
- 5 stalks of okra
- salt and sugar to taste
Cara Memasak

- 1Rough Pounding materials marked *
- 2Mixing curry powder and chilli powder into a thick paste
- 3Heat oil in a pot, coarse mash ingredients together mixture of star anise, cinnamon, curry leaves and fenugreek plus until fragrant.
- 4Enter curry and chilli powder paste and fry until oil breaks, then add fish, cover for 3 minutes over medium heat.
- 5Put 2 cups of coconut milk, let it boil, then add one cup of coconut milk, salt and sugar to taste.
- 6Finally add the tomatoes and okra for 2-3 minutes or until slightly wilted.
- 7Ready and served.
