  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small bowl of oyster mushroom (tore be fine)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 3 pieces of squid (round cut)
  • little carrots (cut into cubes)
  • Cabbage (rough chopped)
  • fried onions
  • for rough pounded ingredients:
  • 1 red chilli
  • 4 chilli padi
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  1. 1Heat oil in a frying pan
  2. 2Saute the pounded ingredients until golden brown and rough up the smell.
  3. 3enter the carrots, then add eggs and squid and followed mushrooms, stirring until eggs become scrambled.
