  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 small bowl of oyster mushroom (tore be fine)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 3 pieces of squid (round cut)
  • little carrots (cut into cubes)
  • Cabbage (rough chopped)
  • fried onions
  • for rough pounded ingredients:
  • 1 red chilli
  • 4 chilli padi
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
Cara Memasak

    Heat oil in a frying pan

    Saute the pounded ingredients until golden brown and rough up the smell.
